Issues installing system updates on the OVA

Last week CentOS 7.7 was released. The Topicus KeyHub virtual appliance is configured to follow these minor upgrades. However, due to a conflict between an installed RPM and Python PIP package, the upgrade fails. The appliance will be able to recover either automatically or by a manual reboot, but the updates cannot be installed. Today, we have released Topicus KeyHub 14.3-2, which resolves the conflict.

To fully update the appliance, first update Topicus KeyHub to 14.3-2 before installing any system updates. When 14.3.-2 is installed, you can safely install the pending system updates. If you need help with this, please contact us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
